Course Description: This is a 4-hour course, which must be completed prior to June 10, 2018 by ALL Broker’s In Charge or BIC-eligible brokers who were designated as a broker-in-charge prior to July 1, 2017 and who wish to remain a broker-in-charge or maintain their eligibility as of July 1, 2018 for the 2018-2019 license period. Topics include: 1) Property Management 2) Radon 3) Protecting Confidential Consumer Information 4) License Law & Rule Updates 5) 3-Way Trust Account Reconciliation; BIC Duty to Supervise; Breaking Issues and Updates

Note: BICs and “BIC Eligible” brokers also take a four-hour elective of their choice to complete their continuing education requirements. They do NOT take the GENERAL Update Course #9918.
