CE Elective: Living on a Barrier Island

Hosted by NC Coastal Reserve and National Estuarine Research Reserve Partnered with Brunswick County Realtors and Cape Fear Realtors Participants will learn: how barrier islands are unique from an ecological and geological perspective; about the rules and policies that govern development on barrier islands; about updates to the National Flood Insurance Program; and about native plantings for the coastal landscape. Participants will receive 4 elective continuing education credits from the N.C. Real Estate Commission. Location: Cape Fear Realtors, Wilmington Questions?
