To attend a class with BCAR, you must agree to BCARs Classroom Rules.

To keep your NC license active, the NC Real Estate Commission requires all licensees to complete 8 hours of Continuing Education during each License Year. A License Year is July 1 – June 10. The 8 hours of Continuing Education consist of a 4 hour Update course + a 4 hour Elective course.

This course will fulfill the 4-hour Update requirement for Provisional Brokers and Brokers.
If you are BIC Eligible or Broker in Charge, you will not get credit for this course.
