Pre Licensing: Getting a Real Estate License

Pre Licensing is the first step to starting your career in real estate!

To earn a NC real estate license, you must complete the 75 hour Pre Licensing class and pass the Pre Licensing test with a grade of 80% or higher. After completing the Pre Licensing course and passing the test, students will submit a License Application to the NC Real Estate Commission to be eligible to take the License Exam. Once you pass the License Exam, you will receive a NC Provisional Brokers license.

Course Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9:00 – 1:00
