Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® announces newly elected officers, directors for 2022

Jennifer Brown re-elected BCAR President

The Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) recently elected its 2022 president, officers and new directors. Jennifer Brown of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage (CBSCA) was re-elected as president for 2022.

“It is an honor to have the opportunity to serve a second term as BCAR President,” said Brown. “Our association provides critical services and training to Brunswick County’s REALTORS® and is an extremely effective voice for Brunswick County’s real estate community, and I’m proud to once again serve in this role.”

BCAR’S 2022 Officers are:

  • President: Jennifer Brown, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage
  • President-Elect: Robert Percesepe, Blue Chip Real Estate
  • Treasurer: Wilson Sherrill, Fred Thorne Realty
  • Past President: Brooke Rudd-Gaglie, Margaret Rudd & Associates

BCAR’s New Directors are:

  • Kathy Sherman, Keller Williams Realty
  • Clifton Cheek, Keller Williams Realty
  • Denise Young, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

Young will complete the term of longtime BCAR board member Ben Styers, also of CBSCA, who is stepping down at the end of 2021.
