The Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® is the local level of the largest trade association in the nation, presently serving its members, comprised of REALTORS®, Appraisers, and affiliates.

Chartered in 1959 by the National Association of REALTORS®, BCAR represents the interests of its members in Southeastern North Carolina and Northeastern South Carolina. Members have the right, through membership, to use the term REALTOR®, which is a registered trademark identifying a professional in real estate who belongs to the association and ascribes to a strict Code of Ethics.
