What is an Affiliate member?
Affiliate members are people involved in a business related to real estate but do not have an active license in real estate. Affiliate members are given special opportunities to promote their business to BCAR members throughout the year.
BCAR offers Affiliate members a broad range of networking opportunities to promote their company's brand and message to area real estate professionals. BCAR Affiliates have strong working relations with the real estate profession and contribute to increased mutual success for all members. The Affiliates provide the agents with knowledge, expertise and the most current industry-related information. This integrated professional partnership develops long-term relationships, continuous learning and promotes a harmonious and profitable environment for all concerned.
Affiliate members are invited to attend all special REALTOR® functions, including general membership meetings, the annual Installation and Awards Banquet, etc. Gain even more exposure by hosting a meeting or giving a presentation about your company to attendees. Participate in workshops. Sponsor a REALTOR® class or New Member Orientation. Host your own class and share your knowledge with REALTOR® members.
