NAR Reaches Settlement in Burnett Case

This morning, the National Association of Realtors® announced an agreement that could end litigation of claims brought on behalf of home sellers related to broker commissions.

This proposed settlement still has to be approved by the court before any of the agreed upon actions can take place, but it provides a pathway forward for NAR and all Realtors®.
