To attend a class with BCAR, you must agree to BCARs Classroom Rules.
To keep your NC license active, the NC Real Estate Commission requires all licensees to complete 8 hours of Continuing Education during each License Year. A License Year is July 1 – June 10. The 8 hours of Continuing Education consist of 4 hours of on Update + 4 hours of an Elective.
This course will fulfill the 4 hours Update requirement for Brokers in Charge and BIC Eligible.
