Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® and Cape Fear REALTORS® are teaming up to bring you a unique training opportunity and tour of the new Brunswick Power Plant Education Center.

Did you know that REALTORS® have an obligation to disclose to their client if a property is within 10 miles of Brunswick Power Plant? Wilmington has been recognized as a ‘clean air city’. Electricity costs in the Carolinas are some of the lowest in the nation. Our region is known for offering well-paying jobs. The common denominator is the Brunswick Nuclear Plant.
