Build Your Own DCF Model

This course is for commercial real estate professionals who could benefit from custom discounted cash flow analyses spreadsheets. Students will learn to build a simple yet comprehensive five-year analysis model within Excel for before-tax and after-tax analysis.

The model will calculate investment measures including:

• Break-even occupancy
• Internal rate of return
