This course will review ethics in today’s world VS ethics in the real estate profession. What is the Realtor Code of Ethics and how is it enforced? + NCREC requires all NC licensees to complete 8 hours of CE (4 hours of Update + 4 hours of Elective) between July 1, 2023 – June 10, 2024.
+ NAR requires all Realtors to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training during each Cycle. We are currently in Cycle 7, which is January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024.
