Gibbs’ Rules was developed with the primary purpose to focus Brokers on how to utilize the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s License Law and Commission Rules booklet as the “Authoritative Resource” to help Brokers routinely relate this “Resource” in their daily brokerage practice.
