Course topics include social media risk, anti trust, defamation pitfalls, advertising, fair housing, copyright issues, listing photos, digital millennium copyright act, cyber crime, data security, audio and video surveillance, NAR Exclusive License Agreement, NAR Assignment Agreement, NAR Work for Hire Agreement, and the Code of Ethics.
