CE Elective: Real Estate in the Movies

Want to watch movies for CE credit? Yes please! We will view movie clips that feature real estate brokers with a focus on the brokers’ actions or inaction. Many of these clips are from movies that students may have seen but this time we will be on the lookout for comments on moving markets, agency disclosure, confidentiality, agent safety, cautions for recommending a mortgage broker, pitfalls for brokers in the mortgage application process, staging, language and photographs in MLS, home inspections, and more. This is a fun and unique way to meet you CE requirements while learning something along the way.
