Instructor: Charlotte Hicks, CPA, CIC, ARM, AAI, CWCA

Charlotte Hicks is the past owner of Glasgow Hicks Company, now AON. of Wilmington, North Carolina.  She holds degrees in International Economics and Accounting. She was President of the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina from 2009-2010 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Insurance Underwriting Association. Charlotte conducts flood insurance training for the NC Department of Insurance, the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, insurance companies, and a variety of other organizations. She is an international and metaverse speaker on insurance, marketing, and business management and is the co-author of A Business Success Journal – Straight Talk by Real People. Charlotte is a Past President of the Wilmington West Rotary Club. She currently serves as the Fleet Captain of the Carolina Yacht Club and is a US Sailing Certified Race Officer.
