To attend a class with BCAR, you must agree to BCARs Classroom Rules. To keep your NC license active, the NC Real Estate Commission requires all licensees to complete 8 hours of Continuing Education during each License Year. A License Year is July 1 – June 10. The 8 hours of Continuing Education consist of 4 hours of an Update + 4 hours of an Elective. This course will fulfill the 4 hours Update requirement for Provisional Brokers and Brokers. Instructor: Karen Berry Location: BCAR, 5051 Main St, Shallotte You will need a student manual to attend this course. We will send you a PDF version after you register.
