CE Elective + Code of Ethics: National Ethics Day

To keep your Realtor® status active, the National Association of Realtors® requires all Realtors® to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training anytime during each Cycle. A Cycle is a timeframe set by NAR, typically 3 or 4 years in length. We are currently in Cycle 7, which is January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024.
To keep your NC license active, NCREC requires all Licensees to complete 8 hours of CE (4 hours of Update + 4 hours of Elective) during each License Year. A License Year is July 1 – June 10.
+ This course will fulfill NCREC’s 4 hour CE Elective requirement.
If you have already completed your CE Elective requirement, NCREC will allow 4 hours to roll over to the next License Year.
