This course is one of the three 30 hour courses you’ll complete to earn a full NC Real Estate License. Location: Zoom Course Schedule Exams will be taken online. Your webcam will have to be turned on and you will be monitored by AI. Instructor: Stormie Benfield, Approved NC Instructor To attend a class with BCAR, you must agree to BCARs Classroom Rules. Non-Members: $200
Step 1: Complete the 75 hour Pre Licensing course.
