The SRS designation is the premiers credential in seller representation.  It is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy.  SRS designees represent a global community of real estate professionals who use their advanced training and expertise to meet and exceed client expectations. This is a 2-day course providing a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today's marketplace.

  • Increase listings and grow their business.
  • Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients.
  • Understand and apply the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
  • Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers.
  • Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need.
  • Understand that the representation skills required to represent sellers encompass a comprehensive understanding of the legal duties and license law responsibilities.

If you have already completed your CE Elective for the current license year, NC Real Estate Commission will allow 4 hours to roll over to the following license year.
