Women’s Self Defense Training

RAD (Rape Aggression Self Defense) Self Defense hosted by Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office

Certified RAD Instructors will be teaching realistic tactics for women to employ as an option for defending themselves in the event of a situation where their life is in jeopardy. The objective of RAD is to develop and enhance the options of self-defense.

This 9 hour course is broken down into 3 sessions. Each day is 3:00 – 6:00 pm in training.

• September 12 (desk day)
• September 15 (training day)
• September 19 (training day)

We recommend you wear your typical workout gear.
