Fair Housing
Fair Housing Training for REALTORS®
To keep your membership with the National Association of REALTORS® active, all REALTORS® are required to complete 2 hours of Fair Housing Training during each cycle. A cycle is a 3-year timeframe set by NAR.
We are currently in Cycle 8, which is Janaury 1, 2025 - December 31, 2027.
Failure to satisfy this requirement before the due date will result in suspension of membership for 2 months. If you fail to complete the training before the 2 month extension ends, your membership will be terminated.
