The Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation course establishes a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help you succeed as a buyer’s representative.

To receive the ABR Designation, students must complete this 2-day ABR course and 1 approved ABR Elective course.
Recommended approved Electives: Pricing Strategies Advisor Certification or Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation.
NAR also requires that you complete 5 transactions solely as a buyer’s representative. Click here for details.
To maintain the designation, designees must pay NARs annual renewal fee (first year free, every year after is $110).
BONUS: By completing the ABR Designation course, NC licensees will receive 4 hours of Continuing Education Elective credit for the NC Real Estate Commission. If you have already completed your CE Elective for this license year, NCREC will allow 4 hours of Elective credit to roll over to the following license year.
Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement for the Seller Representative Specialist Designation.
