Pricing Strategies Advisor Certification: Mastering the CMA

The Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA) certification course gives you the knowledge base and skills needed to successfully complete a comparative marketing analysis and to clearly communicate it to your clients. We will be waiving the exam for this course.

• Employing best practices for pricing residential properties
• Creating and presenting comparative marketing analyses (CMAs)
• Explaining pricing recommendations
• Working with appraisers and reviewing an appraisal reports
• Keeping up to date with market developments
• Guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values
