Brunswick County’s Brooke Rudd-Gaglie selected for N.C. REALTORS® Statewide Leadership Academy

 Brooke Rudd-Gaglie, a REALTOR® with Margaret Rudd and Associates and a member of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® board of directors, has been selected to participate in the North Carolina REALTORS® (NCR) 2018 Leadership Academy.

“Brooke Rudd-Gaglie is a leader in Brunswick County’s real estate community and we are excited that she has been selected as one of twelve students across the entire state for this year’s leadership academy,” said 2018 BCAR President Clif Cheek.

“I am honored to have been selected for this year’s leadership academy, and look forward to applying what I learn to improve our business and the community in which I live,” said Rudd-Gaglie.

The Leadership Academy seeks to identify local REALTOR® leaders and prepare them for future leadership positions within the community and the real estate industry. The prestigious training program provides a unique participatory experience that cultivates leadership, creativity, ethical decision making, self-reflection and relationship building among its participants.

Rudd-Gaglie is an active member of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS®, serving on the Legislative, Strategic Planning and Grievance committees. She also serves as Vice Chair of the NCR Awards Task Force and as a member of the NCR Diversity Committee.
