BCAR supports local schools during Backpack Program
Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® hosted their annual Backpack Program during the month of May, in support of WINGS Ministries, a local nonprofit that works with Brunswick County schools to provide children with the supplies they need during the school year. Thanks to the generous donations from BCAR members, BCAR beat their goals and will be providing backpacks to children in need all over Brunswick County.
BCAR members donated 30 backpacks, over 100 environmentally friendly grocery bags, and over $2,500, which will be used to purchase more backpacks for students.
