Brunswick County’s Sue Franks inducted into NC REALTORS® Hall of Fame

SHALLOTTE, N.C. — Brunswick County REALTOR® Sue Franks of Margaret Rudd & Associates was recently inducted into NC REALTORS® (NCR) Hall of Fame, according to the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR).

“Sue Franks is not only a successful REALTOR®, but she has also actively contributed to our association and our profession in countless ways,” said BCAR CEO Cynthia Walsh. “Inclusion in the NCR Hall of Fame is a tremendous honor, and Sue is more than deserving of this recognition. Her commitment to professional excellence and track record of involvement with our association and in the community speaks for itself.”

The NCR Hall of Fame is a Lifetime Achievement Award established in 1990 to honor REALTORS® who contribute outstanding services to the real estate profession through development, environment, government and leadership. Recipients have exhibited extraordinary involvement and remain actively involved in their local association, NCR and NAR.

Sue Franks has been a REALTOR® member of BCAR for 17 years and has been with Margaret Rudd & Associates since 1983. She holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations. Franks has served on numerous committees throughout her career and is currently on BCAR’s Election Committee and Legislative/RPAC Committee. While she is not doing REALTOR® related business, she is involved in community affairs and is a past member of the Brunswick County Planning Board and the Boiling Spring Lakes Planning Board. Franks is also the State Political Coordinator of Charles “Charlie” Miller and William “Bill” Rabon.
