Brunswick County REALTORS® complete nationally recognized Pricing Strategies Advisor training
Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® is proud to announce that 10 Brunswick County REALTORS® completed the nationally recognized Pricing Strategies Advisor certification course in March of 2024. Their willingness to go the extra mile, become more knowledgeable, and reach the highest level of professionalism cannot go unnoticed.
The Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.
