BCAR REALTORS® complete Pricing Strategies Advisor training
Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® offers a wide variety of courses that help REALTORS® increase their skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations and Certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®. Many REALTORS® in Brunswick County have earned these credentials and specialize in a particular area.

In April 2025, 15 Brunswick County REALTORS® completed the nationally recognized Pricing Strategies Advisor certification course. This course focuses on best practices for pricing residential properties and conducting CMAs. It equips agents with the skills to advise clients on listing or offer prices, understand pricing terminology, and navigate the intricacies of property valuation.
