Brunswick County, NC — The Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) is proud to announce that four local REALTORS® have achieved the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation this year, a highly respected credential awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. It is specifically designed for real estate professionals who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. To earn this elite designation, REALTORS® must successfully complete a two-day comprehensive training course, pass a rigorous exam, and maintain membership in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®.
“This designation demonstrates a REALTOR’s® commitment to going above and beyond for their clients,” said Katie McRainey, BCAR Education Director. “By investing in their education, these REALTORS® have shown dedication to providing an even higher level of service, knowledge, and professionalism to homebuyers in our community.”
BCAR proudly recognizes and congratulates the four REALTORS® who have taken the time to further their knowledge and strengthen their expertise by achieving the ABR® designation. Their accomplishment reflects the values of continued growth, client advocacy, and professional excellence that define the Brunswick County real estate community.
