BCAR Cares Supports Suds of Love

Throughout the month of August, the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) Cares Committee collected donations of laundry detergent and hygiene products to support Suds of Love, a mobile laundry and shower trailer serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.

Suds of Love travels throughout the community offering free laundry and shower services, helping restore dignity and meet basic needs for those who may not otherwise have access. The BCAR Cares Committee’s donation drive was made possible through the generosity of REALTORS®, affiliates, and community members who contributed essential supplies to keep this program running.

BCAR extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated to this program. In addition to the items collected, the BCAR Cares Committee will make a $2,000 donation to Suds of Love to help purchase two new washers and dryer units for their new trailer.
