2026 BCAR President starts Realtor Revolution
At the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) Annual Holiday Party in December, members and guests gathered to celebrate the installation of the 2026 BCAR President, Dani Kinstle. During the event, Kinstle unveiled her 2026 presidential mission, The Realtor Revolution, an initiative designed to inspire kindness, generosity, and community connection throughout Brunswick County.
The Realtor Revolution encourages BCAR members to perform small but meaningful good deeds for others, creating a ripple effect of love, giving, and positivity across the community. The initiative is rooted in the belief that REALTORS® are more than real estate professionals — they are neighbors, advocates, and active participants in the communities they serve.
To help launch the movement, Kinstle has created Realtor Revolution cards, which BCAR members are encouraged to pass along while performing acts of kindness in the community. Whether it’s buying a stranger a cup of coffee, offering a helping hand, or simply brightening someone’s day, the card serves as a reminder that REALTORS® are committed to making Brunswick County a stronger, kinder place to live.
“When you see these cards, know they represent a movement of real people who care deeply about their community,” said Kinstle. “REALTORS® aren’t just here to sell homes — we’re here to make life better for everyone around us.”
BCAR invites members and the public to participate by stopping by the BCAR office to pick up Realtor Revolution cards and help spread the message. Those who receive a card are encouraged to continue the process by passing it along through their own act of kindness.
The Realtor Revolution reflects BCAR’s ongoing commitment to service, connection, and community impact — proving that real estate is about more than transactions; it’s about people.
