BCAR members complete nationally recognized Accredited Buyers Representative training
The Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® is proud to announce that a dedicated group of its members has successfully completed the intensive two-day Accredited Buyer’s Representative course, held at the BCAR office.
The ABR® designation—recognized as a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation—equips real estate professionals with advanced skills, strategies, and knowledge to better serve and advocate for home buyers in today’s competitive market. Over the course of two full days, participants engaged in in-depth training covering market analysis, client communication, negotiation techniques, legal considerations, and best practices for delivering exceptional buyer experiences.
“BCAR is committed to providing our members with high-quality professional development opportunities, and we are incredibly proud of those who invested the time to complete this rigorous program,” said Katie McRainey, Education Director. “Their dedication strengthens not only their personal expertise but also the level of service our association brings to buyers across Brunswick County.”
Members who completed the course are now well on their way to earning the nationally recognized ABR® designation, further elevating BCAR’s collective commitment to professionalism, ethical practice, and consumer trust. Congratulations to the following:
