Brunswick County Association of Realtors hosts State of the Market Update
On March 12, the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) partnered with the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) to host a State of the Market Update, bringing together REALTORS®, builders, and industry professionals from across Brunswick County and the greater Cape Fear region.
Attendees enjoyed breakfast and networking before hearing an engaging panel discussion focused on the current trends, challenges, and outlook for the Brunswick County real estate market. The conversation provided valuable insights into housing demand, development, economic factors, and the future of growth in the region.

Give Back with BCAR Cares
The event also served as a fundraiser for the BCAR Cares Foundation. A total of 44 guests participated, raising more than $900 to support future BCAR Cares programs that benefit the community.
