Is your REALTOR® a Pricing Strategy Advisor?
The Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® is proud to recognize members who completed the National Association of REALTORS® certifications in Q1 2026. Certifications are focused on professional development in a specific niche.
BCAR would like to congratulate Melissa Bell (Kinstle & Company) and Dawn King (Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage) for completing NAR’s Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification in Q1 2026.
The PSA certification is designed to help real estate professionals strengthen their skills in pricing properties, preparing accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), and guiding clients through valuation concerns. The course also provides practical training in areas such as selecting appropriate comparables and working effectively with appraisers.
As of March 23, 2026, only 75 of the 1,600+ BCAR REALTOR® members are PSA certified.
