BCAR Annual Dues Reminder

BCAR Realtor Members:

Below is the timeline for BCAR Annual Membership Dues 2026 - 2027 of $313. 

 

Invoice will be sent: May 18, 2026

Due date: July 20, 2026

If you have a credit card on auto-pay, it will be charged on July 15, 2026.

 

If you do not pay the invoice by the due date, you will be charged a late fee on July 21, 2026. 

Failure to pay will result in termination of membership on August 3, 2026. 

 

The invoice will include an optional $25 NC Realtors PAC Investment.
