Act Now to Move Housing Forward In NC
Too many hardworking North Carolinians are being priced out of housing. It’s time for lawmakers to act. Senate Bill 205 is the most meaningful step we can take to increase housing supply and affordability across our state.
This bill reflects a reasonable compromise with local governments, removing provisions from the original HB 765—it does not mandate density or override zoning powers lawfully exercised today.
