BCAR partners with WARM NC to help a Brunswick County neighbor
Members of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® rolled up their sleeves today to help a Brunswick County neighbor in need through a volunteer project with WARM NC.
BCAR volunteers spent the day tackling several projects around the home, including extensive yard work and helping rebuild an exterior wall. The project gave members an opportunity to put their skills, time and energy to work for a local homeowner who needed a helping hand.
“It was hard work, but we got a lot done,” said Kim Fleming, BCAR Cares Committee member. “It’s always rewarding to see what a group can accomplish when everyone jumps in and works together.”
The volunteer day was organized through the BCAR Cares Foundation, which connects BCAR members with opportunities to serve and support their local communities.
Volunteers include:
- Robby Beamer, RE/MAX at the Beach
- Amber Buchholz, Pelican Prowash
- Tina Countryman, The Cheek Team
- Dayna Erwin, Coastline Homes Realty
- Kim Fleming, Kinstle and Company
- Greer Josselyn, Keller Williams Realty
- Will Mitchell, Corning Credit Union Mortgage
- Natalie Moore, NorthGroup Real Estate
- Jeff Patterson, BCAR member
- Melony Rice, Intracoastal Realty
“Thank you to WARM NC for leading us and giving our members another opportunity to make a difference right here in Brunswick County,” said Cynthia Walsh, BCAR CEO. “And a huge thank you to our volunteers who showed up ready to work. Their willingness to give their time and lend a hand is what BCAR Cares is all about.”
Our mission is opening doors beyond real estate—by investing in our community through service, financial support, and volunteerism.
