2027 State & National Dues Billing Around the Corner

It's almost time for the annual State and National REALTOR® dues billing! As a reminder, BCAR collects these dues on behalf of NC REALTORS® (NCR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

2027 Dues:

  • National (NAR): $201 – Unchanged from 2026
  • State (NCR): $235 – A $25 increase from 2026

This marks NCR's first dues adjustment in three years, helping offset rising operational costs while continuing to provide valuable member programs and services.

 

Important Billing Info

  • Invoice Date:  November 9, 2026
  • Due Date: February 9, 2027 (credit cards on file will be charged February 4)
  • Late Fees Begin: February 10, 2027

 

Total State & National Dues: $436

At BCAR, we provide an extended billing period of nearly three months before these invoices are due and late fees are assessed.  We hope this gives everyone plenty of time to plan ahead and enjoy the holidays.

Please keep an eye out for your invoice.  You can always access this invoice and all other paid and unpaid invoices in your member portal.
