BCAR member Amy Lynn Boltz Earns GRI Designation
Brunswick County REALTOR Amy Lynn Boltz of Margaret Rudd and Associates inc. recently earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation through the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
“REALTORS® hold themselves to a higher standard of professionalism, and the Graduate REALTOR Institute designation takes it to an even higher level,” said BCAR CEO Cynthia Walsh. “By pursuing and earning this designation, Amy has demonstrated her commitment to the high standards that set REALTORS apart.”
Boltz was awarded the designation after completing more than 60 hours of classroom instruction and examinations covering subjects such as technology, financing, sales and marketing, business planning and ethics. Courses are taught by leading real estate instructors from around the state. The GRI program is designed to educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers. Only members of the REALTOR® organization may earn the GRI designation. The REALTOR® Institute is more than twenty-five years old and has graduated thousands of realtors nationally.
