Brunswick County REALTORS® donate school supplies to Brunswick County Middle Schools during “Back 2 School Supplies Drive”
Brunswick County REALTORS® recently donated more than $2,000 worth of school supplies to Brunswick County middle schools. The effort was part of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS®’ annual “Back 2 School Supplies Drive.”
“Brunswick County’s REALTORS® are committed to giving back to the community in which they live and work, and our association was proud to support our students and teachers through this effort, ,” said BCAR CEO Cynthia Walsh. “We’re grateful for everyone who donated and assisted with the program and we’re looking forward to continued opportunities to help Brunswick County students.”
REALTORS® and others donated pencils, paper, binders, disinfecting wipes and disinfecting spray and other supplies via donation boxes placed a various drop-off locations throughout Brunswick County. Additionally, BCAR members provided $1,945 in monetary donations, which were used to purchase additional supplies needed by the schools. The items and funds were distributed among the six Brunswick County middle schools based on their stated needs.
