FB Graphic - Mark (1)

I am honored and humbled to submit my name for consideration as President-Elect of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS®.

After a successful 30-year career in accounting, I entered the real estate profession in 2018 and am a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. Throughout my careers, I have been committed to professionalism, integrity, accountability, and building strong relationships. Those values continue to guide my service to our Association and our members.

Serving BCAR has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my real estate career. I currently serve as Treasurer of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® and have served on the BCAR Board of Directors since 2023. At the state level, I have served on the NCR Housing Foundation Board of Directors since 2020 and served as president in 2024; I am currently the Foundation’s assistant treasurer. I am also a graduate of the 2023 NCR William C. Bass Leadership Academy.

I am honored to submit my application for President-Elect of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS®. Real estate has never simply been a career for me - it has been a calling centered around service, leadership, advocacy, and relationships. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving clients, collaborating with fellow REALTORS®, volunteering within our association, and helping strengthen the communities we serve throughout Brunswick County and the surrounding coastal region.

Having first entered real estate in 1991 and returned several years ago after raising my family, I bring both experience and perspective to this role. I understand the importance of adapting to an evolving industry while still protecting the professionalism, ethics, and cooperation that define our profession. Through market changes, technology shifts, natural disasters, and periods of rapid growth within Brunswick County, I have remained committed to serving others with integrity, compassion, and accountability.
