Danielle “Dani” Kinstle of Welcome Home Realty receives REALTORS®’ 2022 Rising Star Award
SHALLOTTE, N.C. —Danielle “Dani” Kinstle of Welcome Home Realty, a member of the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR), recently received the NC REALTORS® (NCR) Rising Star Award for 2022. The NCR Rising Star Award recognizes a REALTOR® in each local association who has provided exemplary service to the local association, exhibits leadership potential, and has been a REALTOR® for five years or less.
“As its name implies, this award recognizes a rising star in the real estate profession, and Dani Kinstle certainly fits that bill,” said Cynthia Walsh, BCAR CEO. “Her passion for this industry and commitment to putting her clients first are exemplary, and we are proud to call her one of our members.”
Kinstle received her real estate license in 2019 and is the Broker in Charge of Welcome Home Realty. She currently serves on the BCAR Cares Task Force and is Vice Chair of the MLS Task Force. Kinstle has the completed the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification and NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program. She specializes in helping veterans, first time home buyers, retirees and investors.
