Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation Course + CE Elective

The SRES Designation helps real estate professionals develop the business-building skills needed to specialize in the 50+ real estate market.

  • Generational characteristics of demographic groupings in the 50+ market
  • Retirement in the 21st century
  • Housing options, including active-adult communities, aging in place, and assisted living
  • Finance, tax, and legal considerations
  • Marketing strategies and counseling methods

BONUS: By completing the SRES Designation course, NC licensees will receive 4 hours of Continuing Education Elective credit for the NC Real Estate Commission.
