Pricing Strategies Advisor Certification: Mastering the CMA + CE Elective

The Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA) certification course gives you the knowledge base and skills needed to successfully complete a comparative marketing analysis and to clearly communicate it to your clients. We will be waiving the exam for this course.
- Employing best practices for pricing residential properties
- Creating and presenting comparative marketing analyses (CMAs)
- Explaining pricing recommendations
- Working with appraisers and reviewing an appraisal reports
- Keeping up to date with market developments
- Guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values

Additional Cost: To receive the PSA certification, students must complete this course and pay NARs 1 time fee of $179. There is no annual renewal fee for this course.
This course includes 4 hours of CE Elective credit for NC licensees (no additional cost). If you have already completed your CE Elective for the current License Year, NCREC will allow these 4 hours to roll over to the following License Year.
