BCAR hosts Christmas Tree Decorating Party at Autumn Care
Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® brought holiday cheer to the residents of Autumn Care of Shallotte last week by hosting a festive Christmas Tree Decorating Party. Sponsored by BCAR, the event welcomed volunteers who spent the afternoon helping residents decorate mini Christmas trees to brighten their rooms for the season.
BCAR volunteers worked side-by-side with residents, adding ornaments, ribbons, and holiday accents to each tabletop tree. In addition to decorating, volunteers served pie and snacks, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere that helped residents embrace the holiday spirit.
“We’re grateful to everyone who volunteered their time to make this event special,” said Jeff Patterson, member of BCAR Cares Committee. “The smiles, conversations, and shared moments of creativity truly captured the meaning of the season.”
BCAR extends a heartfelt thank you to all volunteers whose generosity and enthusiasm helped make the day memorable for the residents of Autumn Care.

Holiday Giving Program

BCAR Cares hosts the annual Holiday Giving Fundraiser in support of Brunswick Family Assistance, a non-profit organization that supplies holiday toys and meals for less fortunate families in Brunswick County.
Holiday Party & Awards Ceremony
December 4 at Sea Trail Convention Center
BCARs annual Holiday Party is on Thursday, December 4. At this event, we will collect donations of peanut butter, canned chicken, and fruit cups in support of Wings Ministry Food Pantry.
